Step 1: Discovery Call

We'll hop on a quick 30 minute call, it's just long enough for you or your team to brief us on your project, what you need, and what we'll need from you to make the process as smooth and productive as possible. You'll let us in on your branding, assets, and anything else you'd like us to be inspired by when we build your website. We'll go over timelines and kick-off dates as well.

Step 2: Homework; the fun sort!

This is the stage where you give us everything we'll be working with, usually within the first 24 hours of the discovery call. This ensures we have enough time to brainstorm the best way to make your brand shine! The success of the whole design process depends almost entirely on this stage, since timely delivery is paramount. In this case, there is no such thing as TMI!

We'll take it from here! We will use whatever we've garnered from the previous steps to build you a stellar site. Depending on the Service you picked we'll deliver the site a week after kick-off (kick-off is usually on a Monday, and Delivery would be on a Friday.) or in the case of a Landing Page, three business days from kick-off

How quickly can we get started?

Once we’ve had the intro call and agreed on scope, most engagements can kick off within 1–2 weeks, depending on current availability.

What do you build with?

This depends entirely on the project. We work with Showit, Squarespane, and Framer, depending on what we feel would be the best fit for the project.

What do you need from me?

Your goal, brand details, references, content, brand colors, styles, and any other information about the project. Don't worry, you will be prompted for each item in the onboarding portion of the service. 😅

What can you design?

Websites, and landing pages. Basically, the digital stuff people judge you by first. We're hoping to offer branding design services soon as well.
